What size should I order?

We recommend choosing a size that aligns to our size chart. 

The Motion collection is true to size. If you are after a more compressive fit we suggest sizing down.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide using AUSPOST.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are sent via Auspost from our Sydney facility.

- Express post 1-3 business days 

- Parcel post 2-6 business days

- International post 6-30 business days

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email containing your tracking information as soon as your order has been packed. You can track your order via AusPost here.

If you have not received your tracking information email be sure to check your junk/spam folder.

Alternatively please contact support@oneflex.com.au if you have not received tracking information after 48 hours from placing your order.

How do I make a return?

To make a return, please follow these steps:

You’ll need your order number, eg #2345267723
You'll need the email you placed your order with

Please write your subject line as: "Return Request - [order number, eg #23452677243]"

Include a description, desired outcome and attach visual evidence

Can I exchange an item?

If you change your mind, you can return your item provided that the product is unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached, in the garment satchel it was delivered in and in a resalable condition. If the item has been damaged in any way the product will not be accepted upon return. 

You will be provided with the option to exchange the product, or receive a store credit. Please note; we do not offer monetary refunds for change of mind returns. Any sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. You have within 30 days of receiving your order to lodge a return. We will not cover the cost of return shipping to our facility.

Can I return or exchange a sale item?

Sale items cannot be returned.

Please ensure you have read the size guide prior to purchasing sale items as these cannot be returned nor will a store credit be provided due to change of mind or sizing issues.
