How do I return my order?

To make a return, please follow these steps: 

Domestic:

  • Head to our Returns Centre

  • You’ll need your order number, eg #23452677243

  • You'll need the email you placed your order with

International:

For international returns please email support@oneflex.com.au
  • Please write your subject line as: "Return Request - [order number, eg #23452677243]"
  • Include a description, desired outcome and attach visual evidence

Change of mind and exchanges

If you change your mind, you can return your item provided that the product is unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached, in the garment satchel it was delivered in and in a resalable condition. If the item has been damaged in any way the product will not be accepted upon return. 

You will be provided with the option to exchange the product, or receive a store credit. Please note; we do not offer monetary refunds for change of mind returns. Any sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. You have within 30 days of receiving your order to lodge a return. We will not cover the cost of return shipping to our facility. However, If your return or exchange is approved, we will refund the shipping cost on your original order. 

Faulty items 

In the event that your item is faulty, you will be provided with the option to exchange the product, receive a store credit or a full refund via our Returns Centre. Note, that sufficient photo evidence will need to be submitted, and in some cases the items are to be sent to our facility for review. You have within 30 days of receiving your order to lodge a return. We will not cover the cost of return shipping to our facility.
