Refunds & Returns
Please note we do not issue refunds or returns on any non-faulty items. We individually pack each item ourselves and always check to ensure all items are approved by us before sending.
In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, you are required to send photo evidence to email@example.com. If your claim is justified, you will be refunded once the item is received back at our facility. We do not cover the cost of shipping back to our facility.
We do not offer any refunds or returns for change of mind. We do not refund or exchange any items that show signs of wear and tear. We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Can I Exchange My Order?
No. We do not offer exchanges for any products that are not faulty.
We strongly advise that you read the product description and ensure you are making the right decision prior to placing your order.
